By placing an order for customised products (including, but not limited to, birthday cards, calendars, and greeting cards) on our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. User-Uploaded Content & Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the photos and text you upload. By uploading content, you grant TRIGENZ a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and print said content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

  • Copyright Warranty: You represent and warrant that you own the copyright to any image uploaded or have explicit permission from the copyright owner to use it. You agree to indemnify TRIGENZ against any legal claims, damages, or expenses arising from a breach of this warranty. We promise not to breach your data.

  • Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse any order containing content that is deemed unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or infringing on third-party intellectual property.

2. Customisation & Quality Disclaimer

  • Image Quality: We print "as-is." TRIGENZ is not responsible for poor-quality prints resulting from low-resolution, blurry, or improperly exposed images uploaded by the customer.

  • Customer Errors: We are not responsible for errors made by the customer, including but not limited to: spelling/typos, date errors, or the placement of images.

3. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Personalised Goods Policy: In accordance with standard e-commerce regulations for customised goods, all sales are final. Because these items are manufactured to your unique specifications, they cannot be resold.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives physically damaged or contains a manufacturing error made by TRIGENZ, you must notify us at trigenz.net@gmail.com or CALL us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will provide a replacement or a store credit at our discretion.

  • Cancellations: Orders enter our production pipeline immediately. Cancellations are only permitted within 4 hours of order placement. Cancellation must be done by contacting our CUSTOMER CARE number provided at HOMEPAGE.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Production Time: Stated shipping times 3-5 days refer to the transit time after the production period.

  • Carrier Liability: TRIGENZ is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

5. Privacy and Data Retention

  • Data Usage: Your uploaded photos are used strictly for order fulfillment.

  • Storage: We retain uploaded files for a period of 7 days to facilitate re-orders or quality claims, after which they may be permanently deleted from our servers.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRIGENZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or the delivery of our products.
